Every time I put on the gas or brake, it makes a grinding squealing kind of sound that's really difficult to explain. It's kind of like, you're driving on an asphalt highway, but when you press a pedal, the sound made is like the one you'd hear on a concrete highway bridge, driving across it, but much louder. It's not my tires, because they're basically brand new. It's really annoying and a bit worrisome. If I'm not on a pedal, it's fine, but even a hint of pressure, and it's super loud like that. Any ideas?

U joints failing?

CV axle, very possibly. Whatever it is is either wheel bearing area related or driveline - because both braking and acceleration put load on your drive components. Get somebody to look for that noise underneath - do not pass go, do not collect $200.

I'm not sure. I suppose it's possible. It just hit 150k miles yesterday, and it's a rebuild title, so it's probably due to have those replaced.

go check for play in there with a pry bar. Good to do regardless

That's one of the possibilities I waswondering about. I can't really drive the Infiniti yet because that needs some steering and suspension components replaced as well. This stinks, but I am gonna get it looked at.

U-joints are very possible - and would account for some squeak and squeal. Now that he mentions them, I'd say they're #1 on the list.
